Comfortable stay close to attractions

Just spent 2 nights here and loved it! The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The room was nice, clean, and spacious with big windows. Location was fab—10-15 min walk to the Cathedral. Only annoying thing was the access card failed a couple times, but the restaurant had good vibes, so it balanced out.

Our stay was pleasant, especially with the coffee machine in the

room. The ability to cast to the TV was a bonus since many channels were in German. Late checkout was fantastic, allowing us to explore a bit longer. However, the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, making evening walks less enjoyable.

The gym needs more equipment as it's quite outdated!!! Did not appreciate the lack of basic amenities like a fridge and safe in the standard rooms!!! The distance between buildings is inconvenient, especially during bad weather!!!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work properly, making it uncomfortably hot at times. It took us a while to warm up to the stay because of this.

Breakfast offered an exceptional range of hot dishes, and the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating, enriching the overall experience. However, the mini gym lacked adequate equipment, and I found the breakfast pricing for adults to be unexpectedly high, which was a drawback. Additionally, while the swimming pool was great for the kids, it could use more amenities.

The room was very clean and spacious, giving us the comfort we needed after long days. What stood out was the breakfast buffet. It had an excellent spread, with fresh honey straight from the comb!

Sure, it wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable.

The breakfast spread was a feast of flavors, especially the egg station that had me going back for seconds! Plus, the nearby culinary treasures like Ristorante Davide and Namaste were absolute crushes on my taste buds.

Walking to another building for breakfast isn’t the most convenient start to your day. Also, the cleaning left a bit to be desired—found some hairs on supposedly clean towels, yikes. The shower cabin was a tad tricky, water everywhere!

Had a great time with friends! We loved exploring nearby attractions, and the river's a short walk away. The breakfast team was super friendly, and the location is perfect for a stroll. Remember to ask for extra pillows if needed!

The only downside was that the health club felt a bit dated, which wasn't what we expected.

My stay was delightful with the hotel being just a short stroll from the stunning cologne cathedral and several charming museums, making my weekend exploration effortless and enjoyable. the staff were friendly and the breakfast had plenty of tasty options that fueled my city adventures. while the room was decent, it could use a bit more storage space for longer stays.

Great kitchenette for our long stay, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.
